Brosix
Simplified, Seamless, and Secure Collaboration

Stefan Chekanov, Co-Founder & CEO

Not so long ago, the term ‘collaboration’ in an enterprise would have simply referred to employees gathering around a table or connecting through telephonic conferences to brainstorm ideas and find a solution for their business problems. With the arrival of the internet, conventional methods were laid to rest as email and a flurry of new productivity tools took over, helping employees redefine the ways in which they interacted with peers, or shared business documents. Today, as incessant technology advancements continue to reshape and refine businesses, workplace collaboration has also taken a huge leap. Amid the transformation, instant messaging (IM) has emerged as the communications backbone for employee collaboration—ensuring greater workplace productivity. Nonetheless, enterprises often struggle to find IM applications that offer enterprise collaboration features with robust security to protect business-critical information. This is where Brosix, one of the pioneers of Enterprise IM solutions, is able to imprint its significance in the team collaboration universe. Since its founding, Brosix has been on a mission to deliver unencumbered collaboration capabilities to modern enterprises through its leading-edge communications technology driven by foolproof security and improved user experience.

Boosting Business Productivity

The core value of Brosix’s enterprise IM solution is its ability to offer a single, comprehensive package of collaboration features, which eliminates the need to purchase multiple platforms to serve different collaboration purposes. Team chatting, conference texting, and visual demonstrations on a virtual whiteboard are some of the feature sets of Brosix’s cutting-edge Enterprise IM solution that improve the speed and efficiency of intra-office communication. “Brosix’s IM application also helps you reduce the number of excessive emails sent and unnecessary meetings, thus making project collaboration effortless,” states Stefan Chekanov, co-founder, and CEO of Brosix.

The other key feature of Brosix’s communication solution is the high level of administrative controls that come with its private networks. These controls allow customers to set which features are accessible by whom within the network, keep track of communications by archiving chat history, and monitor network activity, health and user permissions through a user-friendly web control panel. All of this, taken together with the multiple languages and platforms supported by Brosix, leads to a truly flexible solution that customers can adjust to meet their specific needs.

"Our sheer focus on a security-first communications model has helped win a large customer base in the enterprise world"

One of the biggest facets of the wide adoption of Brosix’s Enterprise IM solution is its proactive engagement with the clients to understand and cater to their specific needs. Substantiating Brosix’s customer-first approach, Chekanov shed light on one of their clients, Intecons Software Lab. The company was encountering severe collaboration setbacks with their employees owing to their multi-office and distantly-located workforce. “Around 25 percent of their staff was located overseas, and the rest of them were spread across their three offices,” says the Brosix CEO. Intecons wanted to set up an enterprise communications system that was easy to use, simple to install, and yet secured. Providing ease and capability to build a secure and instantaneous collaboration network, Brosix became their obvious choice. In fact, Intecons’ CEO states that Brosix’s ability to keep track of written communication through their chat history feature and seamless collaboration in real-time via messaging, screen sharing, and file transfer, boosted their productivity by around 30 percent. Alongside, the company experienced a dramatic reduction in international phone call expenses.

However, the company’s vision does not stop at providing state-of-the-art enterprise communication tools. “Once the companies become a part of the Brosix community, we endeavor to constantly educate and help them discover how best they can use our product to augment their collaborative efforts,” says Chekanov.

Pursuing the Yellow Brick Road
Chekanov strongly believes that Brosix’s distinctive communications model—a riveting mix of usability, flexibility, and leading-edge security parameters—is the “secret sauce” behind the company’s consistent growth over the years. “These features, combined with our customer-centered approach of constantly supporting our customers with their current needs, while at the same time seeking out their feedback in order to improve our service, make us unique in the enterprise communications landscape,” he adds. Brosix’s team of specialists is acclaimed in their client ecosystem for dexterity and promptness of service. Having earned this astounding recognition and success, the company now intends to roll out new features that would allow their clients to connect with other private team networks. “This will allow our clients to communicate with other independent private team networks which exhibit common interests and goals.” Focused on improving the security framework of its solutions to align with the evolving threat management needs in the enterprise collaboration arena, Brosix is poised to usher in a momentous transformation.
